London: Pakistanis have been ranked 4th most intelligent people across the world in a globally held survey.

“Pakistanis are equal to people of development and industrialized countries when it comes to intelligence,” survey quoted.

The survey was held by Institute of European Business Administration in 125 countries.

The survey quantifies various aspects of brilliance and intellectual work in the nations of surveyed countries.

“Pakistanis outshines in field of Intelligence despite dearth of required resources and opportunities,” the survey commented on Pakistanis.

The case studies of Ali Moeen Nawazish, Arfa Karim and Moosa Firoz were also quoted to prove high brain performance by Pakistanis.

Ali has secured 22 As in A levels exams, Arfa Karim had earned title of the youngest Microsoft Certified Expert and Moosa has won World Mathematics Championship

How To Set Up Co.CC Domain For Google Blog

As Kang Rohman promised before, Kang Rohman would discuss about how to set up the Co.CC domain for blogger. To do it is easy; you only need to do setting at the dashboard Co.CC. However, need to know that Kang Rohman suggest you to change your blogspot with Co.CC for your new blogspot blog, not for your old blog, why so? Because if you do the change to your old blogspot, whether with domain of Co.CC, .com, .net or anything else, your blog will be consider as the new blog.

I mean, what you have built to your old blog will be in vain and useless, for instance, the backlinks, your registration to several websites for the improvement of your blog, and more. You should start it again from the beginning or do the change to your registration setting. Therefore, Kang Rohman suggests you to change the blogspot domain only to your new blog. However, if you think you should do that due to any reason and consideration, just go on.

Well, let’s get our point, below is how to set up or change blogspot domain with Co.CC:

1. Click here if you have not yet had your Co.CC domain. Please register first if you haven’t has your own account.
2. After you have your account, please sign in to www.co.cc with your account.  
3. Click the Getting A New Domain tab (with assumption that you haven’t had your domain name). 
4. Type the domain name you want, click the Check availability button to check the availability of your domain name, repeat if unavailable.
   
5. If the domain name is available, click Continue to registration button as the screenshot below  
6. Congratulations, you now have your own domain name of Co.CC. To be noted, you haven’t managed the setting to your new domain.

In order to do setting to your new domain of Co.CC you can follow these steps below:

1. As usual, you sign in first with your account, then click Domain Settings as you see at the screenshot below
    
2. Click Set up at your new domain name as seen at the screenshot below, then it will appear the wordsPlease domain setup now as the notification that your new domain name of Co.CC has not been set up. 
   
3. Click the words Please domain setup now to set up your new domain name of Co.CC. On this page, you will choose one of the three domain setup as Manage DNS, Zone Record, and URL Forwarding.  For those who want to change the blogspot domain name with Co.CC, you should choose the Zone Recordby click it or its radio button.
   
4. After you choose Zone Record, there will appear the setting option as the screenshot below
   
   At the dialogue box, fill the Host with your domain name of Co.CC, e.g. www.loanconsulting.Co.CC (the Host name of my Co.CC domain). Then at TTL let it as 1D, for Type, choose CNAME, and Value fill withghs.google.com.  After all fields are filled out, click the Set up button. You can see the example of my setting as the screenshot below 
5. Now you finish setting your new Co.CC domain, but usually you have to wait for about 48 hours until your new domain is active.

Well, now it’s time to change the blogspot domain with Co.CC domain. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to blogger with your account.
2. Click Settings at the dashboard
   
3. At the Settings page, click Publishing
   
4. When you are at the Publishing page, click Custom Domain
   
5. At the page of Publishing on custom domain, you are not asked to buy the domain (except you want it), but we will use the blogspot domain that we have made, then click Switch to advanced settings to change your blogspot domain with Co.CC domain.
   
6. At the page of Advanced Settings fill with your Co.CC domain at the field of Your Domain e.g.www.loanconsulting.Co.CC (it’s my Co.CC domain). The for Use a missing files host? Leave it as Noand at the field of Word Verification fill with the words that appear with blur (colored and unclear). After all fields are filled out, click Save Settings.
   
7. Be sure that Save Setting at Point 6 is successful with the sign as the words Settings Were Saved Successfully at upper right of the page
   
8. You have finished changing your blogspot domain with Co.CC domain.

Note: usually you have to wait for about 48 hours until your new domain is active as Co.CC regulation.

You’ve worked hard to prepare for your job interview. You’ve practiced answering questions – even those weird behavioral questions that interviewers tend to throw your way. You’ve thought about questions to ask your interviewer, and carefully selected anecdotes of your work experience that will let the employer know that you’re the right one for the job. But if you think you’re ready to go out and land that job – think again. You may not realize it, but it’s not what you say that can put you ahead of the candidate pack when you interview – it’s what you don’t say but are able to express through body language.

“Because applicants are so similar in the schools they attended, the degrees they have, the jobs they’ve held, and the resumes and cover letters that they provide, the interview is an outstanding opportunity for you to differentiate yourself,” said Bruce Clarke, President and CEO of human resource management firm CAI. “The best way to do that is to use your nonverbal communication during the interview to show that you’re physically and emotionally engaged. Otherwise, it’s very easy for an interviewer to put you in that bucket with everybody else – where you’ll be anonymous and easily forgotten.”

The Best And Worst Nonverbal Cues

Eye contact. We all know that eye contact is a great way to connect with other people, but it can also be a double-edged sword. Too much of it can seem aggressive and inappropriate, while too little makes you look like you’re being dishonest and have something to hide. So how do you make that balance between looking evasive and looking like you’re about to challenge your interviewer to a duel? “Good eye contact is about maintaining eye contact, but it’s not staring at the person for 40 minutes,” said Vicky Oliver, the author of “301 Smart Answers to Tough Interview Questions.” She explains, “I think a good thing to remember is, if you have an interview with somebody for 40 minutes, and then you leave and don’t know what color their eyes are, you haven’t maintained good eye contact. You want to really look at them and connect, but you’re also going to look away some of the time.”

Eye rolling. Although eye contact can be either good or bad, depending on how long you maintain it, rolling your eyes is never a good idea. Oftentimes people will roll their eyes when they disagree with someone or when they think the other person has said something dumb. The problem is, people generally aren’t even aware that they’re rolling their eyes – so it’s important to become really cognizant of what you’re doing so that you don’t offend your interviewer.

Posture. During an interview, you want to sit up straight – but not to the point where you look like an ironing board. By doing this, you will show that you’re interested in the conversation you’re having with your prospective employer, while not appearing too stiff.

Handshake. Just like with eye contact, your handshake can either leave an employer with a good or bad impression of you, depending on how you do it. “You don’t want to break bones, but a firm shake conveys a more positive attitude than a limp wrist,” Oliver said.

Tapping. You may not do it on purpose, but if you’re tapping your fingers or toes during your interview, a potential employer may get the impression that you’re agitated or that you have something better to do.

Voice. With so many hiring managers conducting phone interviews these days, you may think that you’re off the hook because your interviewer can’t actually see you. But not so fast: The way you say things – also known as paralanguage – can also tell a potential employer a lot about you. For example, if the tone or pitch of your voice is flat, your interviewer will believe that you’re not really interested in the job – no matter what words you use to convey otherwise. Also, certain speech patterns – such as excessively using words such as “like,” “um” and “ah” – can tell an interviewer that you’re not confident about what you’re saying, or did not adequately prepare for the interview.

How To Practice Your Body Language

Although we are largely unaware of the nonverbal cues that we use to communicate, there are ways that you can figure out what you’re doing wrong so that you can correct it.

Videotape yourself. If you videotape yourself during a mock job interview, it will become clear to you what nonverbal ticks that you have. “That is the best way to practice because nobody will have to tell you what you’re doing right and what you’re doing wrong,” said Clarke. “You’ll be able to see it for yourself and you may be embarrassed by what you see in some instances.”

Work with a friend. By having a mock interview with a friend, you will have someone right there who can tell you what kind of impression that you’re giving off – and what nonverbal cues may turn a hiring manager off.

Call the one that got away. If you’re feeling courageous enough, call someone you interviewed with who didn’t offer you a job. That person may have some insight into your nonverbal behaviors during your interview and will also be able to tell you what ultimately led to you not landing the job
