‘I will join too’: Nawaz gives 2-day ultimatum to end load-shedding | The News Tribe

Khushab, Punjab: Joining chorus against worst power outages, Pakistan Muslim League’s leader Nawaz Sharif has given ultimatum to the government to end load-shedding or else he would join the protest himself.
He was addressing a mammoth public rally organized as a part of PML-N’s ‘Remove Gilani’ Movement.
“Over 20 hours of power outages have really itched common man,” he said in an emotional tone.
Expressing despair about the present government, PML-N head says he would not sit until the fate of the country has not been changed.
He asks Shahbaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister, to allocate a Rs. 1 billion package for Khushab Package.
“I request him to increase already allocated amount of Rs. 500 million to Rs. 1 billion.”
Pakistan’s president and prime minister both are now convicted from the court, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said while addressing to public rally.
“We are asking for the vote in upcoming elections, but asking you come on roads against skyrocketing powers outages,” he added.
“Country’s top brass is making fun of common people as they are looting the country’s wealth to transfer this money abroad.”
